Join us as we host our last (only) Franklin visit for the year.
Franklin is a fantastic venue that really tests your ability to put power to the ground off the corners as well as hit your braking points perfectly. Learn these things well and you will be among the fastest, no matter the car your drive.
*UPDATE* Since we are only getting one shot at Franklin this year, we want to make sure we lower the barrier of entry for folks in that part of our territory.
Event pricing has been lowered for this ONE event to a flat $100 for a half-day and $190 for all day for the full day. Yes, everyone get the full day for $100 We are limiting entry to 30 participants and we have 14 at this time. Registration closes at 10pm Friday the 22nd.
Day schedule will be Staff report 7AM, Participants Gate open 7:30. Tech open 7:45. Mandatory Drivers Meeting 8:45. Lunchbreak starting somewhere around Noon, resume driving after lunch. Activity ends by 5pm.
There are several reasonable hotels in the area and we have had good experiences at the Rodeway, (very economical, old building, updated interior, where M4theM stayed in the past) The Microtel, (5 minutes closer to the event site) and if you'd like a little more plush accommodations, the Comfort Inn is close by as well.
All hotels in Franklin are booked up for the Gem Show that weekend but reasonable rooms can be found in Dillard GA just 20 minutes away and Clayton GA another 10 minutes past Dillard.
We gather at local restaurants/breweries the night before and the evening after the event and all participants are encouraged to join us. Friday location will be announced closer to the event date but Saturday after the event is always "To Dye For" food truck (food allergy compliant for those needing such) that parks at the "Lazy Hiker Brewery" downtown Franklin.
* Track time may be affected by event schedule, mechanical issues on track or weather. Track time is not guaranteed but we will do all we can to make sure everybody gets the amount they pay for.
